The (not so) Sunny

…………………………….end of the prom.

A very frosty night and although temperatures supposedly rose above freezing my car never defrosted…and neither did the far end of the prom.

Made a pan of soup this morning and did some tidying up after yesterdays DIY. This afternoon I did some more DIY…patched up a wall in the kitchen with some polyfilla…not really my forte but I’ll sand it down and add some more maybe tomorrow. Decided to attempt to remove the tiles from the window so I can get them measured for my shutters…demolishing things seems to be much more up my street, a screwdriver and hammer saw the job done in seconds and a little hacksawing got rid of the excess tile trim.

It was good to get out for some fresh air and exercise late afternoon, the longer daylight being very welcome. Fish fingers for tea and a night in front of the TV now.
