Quiz Night

Quiz night in the pub tonight and an order for 20 scotch eggs and 200 chilli cheese biscuits.

I've done ordinary scotch eggs on the left and black pudding ones on the right (well we do live in black pudding country). I hope they go down well, this could be a nice regular income for me. Although bigger deep fat fryer might be a good idea... doing three at a time does drag on a bit!

No biscuits in the picture because I haven't made them yet. The dough is currently chilling - literally, not metaphorically. But I quite like the mindless repetitiveness of stamping out hundreds of biscuits while listening to the radio.
