A Foggy Day

The day started with a heavy frost and thick fog and apart from a few brighter(ish) spells the fog never really lifted.

As you see from the blip shot the sun tried to breakthrough - but sadly it never really made it. The temperature has stayed low (below or very close to freezing) and mid afternoon the boiler has fired up and the heating has come on….so the frost protection thermostat must have kicked in - grrrrr….so I am now paying to heat radiators for just me….

On the plus side my beer is chilling for free on the back doorstep!!
