Blauw sjuut
What started around eight o'clock this morning with a mini snowdrop here and there ended with slithering, snowball fights and snowmen at the end of the school day. Not much snow has fallen. In my estimation two to three centimetres.
When I walked home I saw the Blue Barge parked on the Market.
I've read somewhere about the Bleu Barge:
The name comes from the Latin, carrus navalis, which means cart ship. This ship with rudder could sail across land. Traditionally, this happened in the parades held in honour of the beginning of spring.
Carnival is in four weeks. I suspect that the preparations were discussed in the Zwarte Ruiter.
In the extra the snow blip.
