Flowers....!

This lovely bright display was on the way into Aldis...I didn’t give into temptation there....no, no but later in Lidl I bought Tulips..!!
However, I did buy 2 Joe Wicks Cookery Books...extra...(another of my addictions)!!! .. a bargain at only €1.99 .....I’ve bought them before for my Son and he loves them...
So, as I want to ‘up our game ‘ for healthy for 2023 I’ll have a read at these ...I’m a fan of Joes and love his attitude to health & wellbeing....!

Typing this at 6am (Sat morning)... not feeling the best...blisters on my tongue (how something so small can be so uncomfortable and painful)...and glands sore and tender causing pain up to my ears)..a moaning Annie..!!
So salty water gargle and paracetamol...only way.!!
