Mae Nor'dzin yn teimlo'n cryfach nawr. Dydy hi ddim yn well eto, ond mae'n ymddangos bod golau ar ddiwedd y twnnel. Aethon ni i'r pentref heddiw i wneud tipyn bach o siopa. Roedd e'n dda iawn i weld Nor'dzin yn gallu cerdded mor bell. Dyma'r pellaf mae hi wedi cerdded ers wythnosau.  Mae hi'n dychwelyd yn araf i normalrwydd... beth bynnag yw ‘normalrwydd’ y dyddiau hyn.

Nor'dzin feels stronger now. She's not better yet, but it seems there is light at the end of the tunnel. We went to the village today to do a little shopping. It was very good to see Nor'dzin able to walk so far. This is the furthest she has walked in weeks. She is slowly returning to normality... whatever 'normality' is these days.
