Greenery

I had a good visit with my PCP this morning.  I passed my diabetes foot exam.  We talked about why she wants to change some of my medications, either because the dose is not considered safe for someone with renal failure or because the drug increases my risk of fibrillation due to long QT on my cardiogram.  So she made some referrals and wrote some new prescriptions.

She sent me for Xrays of my left ring finger because it has been giving me serious pain for weeks, but the test showed nothing wrong.  So a referral to a hand specialist is also in the works.

I brought out the frozen chili and added lots more vegetables, as well as chicken broth and crushed tomatoes.  That will be my dinner after I've finished this blip.  After dinner I'll be wrapping gifts for Sarah's baby shower tomorrow.  Something happy to look forward to.
