Frustrated!

Chained to the phone trying to through to my bank to order some more deposit envelopes to pay cheques in at the post office.

Eventually I got to a human who told me they “don’t do them anymore the post office provide them”.

I said that perhaps it would be best if I moved to a bank where there is a branch within 4 miles rather than 30 since they closed my local branch.

Perhaps I’m expecting too much?
