Braille

A friend from church who has no sight at all comes to the Thursday ladies Bible study.
She brings the bit of the Bible which we’re studying each week.
This term were in 1 Samuel which in braille is the size of a telephone directory (remember those old things?)
I’ve no idea how many shelves she’s has for the whole Bible.
I’m always fascinated watching her read. Her fingers skim across the page.
As I was sitting next to her this week, I asked if I could take a close up of some of the braille.
It’s like a foreign language to my fingers, I can’t differentiate the dots but for her and others like her, it’s an amazing thing.
