Beautiful afternoon

It's been such a lovely, sunny day today and although the air temperature is very cold, there's a definite warmth in the air. Bailey and I went for a walk over the fields, well, more of a slide and paddle in the clay, with the sun already setting as we made our way home. Part of me loves the bracing winter walks, and part of me can't wait for the long summer evenings
