Trying out

Today was time to bake after some time. I was interested to see how the blipper Beinghere's Banana loaf tastes. Had to find recipe to self-raising flour that we haven't in Finland to keep same ratios of ingredients.

We didn't have any castor sugar or soft brown sugar either. Instead I put usual granulated and cane sugar. I also put all of sugar less than in the recipe, we don't like so much very sweet cakes. Maybe it had a bit too much flour, dough felt so dry and also heavy. Added milk and hoped the loaf would rise.

And happy end, the cake baked just right, and really was good.

In the blip and Extra can be seen that the cake has character! I can recommend this:)
