Fresh bread!

I had to replace my aging bread maker this week and I made my first loaf in it today. I started with a basic white loaf to see how it would perform. It’s turned out much better than the loaves the old one had been producing of late. I think the paddle mechanism had been faulty or intermittent.
It’s the same model but a decade ‘younger’ and I’m sure there have been a few upgrades. The recipe book has certainly been updated too.
There’s nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread!
