New Times Square

No more cars on Broadway in Times Square? It was strange to see, all these people sitting in these beach chairs in the middle of the street, no horns, no auto exhaust, all very very strange. Not sure if this is a done deal or not. 7th Avenue is still open to cars for those who want to try to drive through.
