Graduation!

Started the day with early Pilates in Midhurst and ended it with Suhur, our Channel 4’s production trainee’s graduation at a channel 4 sponsored event in Leeds.  Here she is giving one of the opening speeches of the evening. Great seeing a plethora of enthusiastic young, and not so young - one was an ex-secondary school teacher - trainees enthusing about what they loved about television drama.   I was back in my slightly chilly hotel room by 9 so was able to catch up on lots of things as well. 

Worth coming up as I made an opportunistic meeting with Channel 4 itself tomorrow, still all so relieved about the government dropping privatisation plans (what a travesty that was…don’t get me started)
