Garbanzo Salad

Garbanzo bean and vegetable salad.

I included steamed broccoli, steamed purple cauliflower, raw turnip, and tomato. The dressing had olive oil, sherry vinegar, preserved lemon, garlic, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, and smoked paprika. It occurred to me that this is basically a pasta salad with beans instead of pasta.
