Change of plan

Today I had arranged to have lunch with a friend. Unfortunately they live on high ground in the Peak District so that was cancelled. Instead we had a long walk by the frozen canal and I spent a couple of hours this afternoon having a cuppa with our 92 year old neighbour. Her tales from her childhood are great to hear
