Ups and Downs

Fortunately, today... no downs : )

Visited Fatima at Guys. She puts the fun in lung function. She told me I had larger than average lungs and better lung capacity than others of my age etc. Sounds like I'm in a reasonable position to have some of my lung removed. It was worth being put in a Bodybox 5500.
In other news, we finally received the promised money back on our less than perfect holiday in October.
