Out and about

More snow today which started just before T & I headed into town where we both had errands to run. 

Mine took me to the station (to the bookshop to be precise) where I took this for the Bookshop's Facebook Page. 

I picked up mushrooms on sale in the co-op and made Mushroom and Tarragon Soup for lunch which I hadn't made for a while. I tend to stick to 3 or 4 tried and tested flavours and am trying to expand my repertoire. 

There were 5 of us on our midweek walk last night which was great and I really enjoyed walking (briskly) and talking - hopefully we can establish a core group of regulars.  Knowing others are coming out certainly helps with the motivation.
