Belated Christmas Present

A trip to Cambridge today as my husband had a sight test booked at SpecSavers. We had coffee once we arrived and had planned to upgrade our iPhones. However, the person in the “Three” shop clearly had no idea about what we could have and went to ask “her Manager”. She came back with a Galaxy Tablet, on offer for £49 and £20 a month thereafter; no information about upgrading our iPhones. So we visited the Apple shop where we had our phones serviced and a new battery.
 
We had lunch in John Lewis, before the optician’s appointment, all good and no new spectacles required at this point.
 
Today’s picture is of my belated Christmas present; an abalone shell bangle.
