The "Beautiful Fountain" (Schöner Brunnen)

This is the most famous fountain in Nuremberg, and was built between 1385 and 1396. The photo is of an original etching by Lorenz Ritter from the work "Picturesque Views of Nuremberg".

Tina and I purchased this etching in Nuremberg on our first visit there in late 1987 when shooting the Nuremberg FIBO Fitness Expo. It was very modestly priced.
