Getting older

I could not think of anything to blip today, so I took a selfie. And much to my surprise I didn't know how old I was looking. Am not one for spending time in front of the mirror. Otherwise continued sleeping problems, so much so that I have emailed the doctors and asked for sleeping tablets. They will be put into a machine robot which you can collect from 24 hours.
