Frosty walk

More frost this morning on our dog walk.  

Headed into town, bought a granary loaf from the market bread stall then headed to meet my friend, Anna for coffee or hit chocolate in my case and a catch up.  Perfect on this bitter day. 

I always enjoy our get-togethers.  We go back 36 years and have a lot in common.  

It was very cold outside when we emerged from the cosiness of the cafe-restaurant. 

Readeasy student in the early afternoon.  Kyro was getting restless so took him for a walk.  Made a coffee on return home and started preparing seville oranges for marmalade.  I'm cooking them in my slow cooker crockpot overnight which should cut down the standing in front of the stove for hours.

Cooked spaghetti for dinner with yesterday's pasta sauce.  After dinner cooked some mince for the hound and then sat down to Winterwatch.

Feeling tired so may be an early night.
