Phew!

Today we finally exchanged contracts, and will move into our new (brand new!) home at the end of next week.
Otherwise a frustrating day as many roads closed (ice/floods) which doubled my journey to work and back.... but it it was sunny and did not rain today !! Blip - my breakfast view this morning. 
Enjoyed a sunset run and a few glasses of wine.
