A Blipper maybe ?

I was sitting in the cafe with a friend when these two chaps were taking a few photos.Maybe to advertise the jewellers? 
It's recently been taken over. I won't be spending much time there.
I'll count the number of customers going in and out as I drink my coffee..:)
