Frenched chicken

I had no idea how to chop up a raw chicken.
But we live in the age of the internet.
So now I do.
And if you leave a little stub of wing on the breast then it’s known as Frenching.
Turns out it’s much less faff than carving a whole cooked one.
Damn I’m getting a cold.
