A day at Cheltenham A&E

I am posting this for Stiffknees for reasons  apparent from this photo.  She slipped on ice, put her hand out to save herself and broke her wrist.  She has broken her radial bone which had to be reset.  Morphine and happy gas required.  Plaster for four to six weeks.  Will know more when we visit fracture clinic next week.  We are just back home.  But I didn't want to break SK's continuous posting record so I thought I would blip on her behalf.  Going to be interesting taking photos one handed for a while.  So I may be taking more photos, under strict supervision of course, for the next few days. 
Can't thank the NHS enough, despite all the issues at the moment, they were as brilliant as ever.
