Waiting Patiently

I was hoping to go to the first of the post pandemic relaunched U3A psychology group meetings this morning, but after spending 20 mins de-icing the car at -2C I was feeling a bit light headed, so I cancelled. It was quite cold in the house this morning, so I'm guessing it was colder than forecast overnight. I was feeling a bit better this afternoon, so did some light housework and topped up the bird feeders. I'm sure the birds are watching me from the trees in the field as they visit within a minute of them being refilled, even though I'm still out there with my camera.
