The Cup That Cheers

A lovely sunny day spoilt by an inefficient bank who have ‘lost’ some of my money (transferred it to a random person’s account!) I was so annoyed I just had to go for a nice coffee! I am now waiting for a telephone call to let me know that they have located my funds and paid them into my account (elsewhere!) Customer service is a thing of the past. Everything is on-line and far too many mistakes are made. Rant over!
