Sunshine

I managed to get into work.  I was uncomfortable all da6 and was glad of a lie down when I got home but I think my back is feeling a bit better.  Maybe the massager is magic after all.

The pain seems to have moved to the side a bit and is more down my arm which is easier to live with.
