Dinner

Kids are in bed and I can eat in peace. ?

It's been dark and gloomy outside the last few days.
The local news has been disturbing and unbearably sad.
The kids have been tiresome.
If I had my way, I would crawl into a blanket cave and hide out for a few days.

This too shall pass. It's a fresh day tomorrow - hopefully with a bit more energy.
