Deep frost last night and another beautiful sunny crisp day. Basil and I enjoyed a doggie wander around the farm this morning and he couldn’t leave any frozen or thawing body of water alone - all were paddled in or slithered upon with his ball in his mouth ( still going strong auntie Sharon ) .
Productive day with my therapy student buddy . I managed a small step in my IT and video presentation skills. TBH there was a lot of shifty eye movement from me - presenting and only looking at the camera with minimal note reading is a skill to be honed !
Ponies all fed lots of extra hay as field frozen and manky.
Delicious left over concoction for dinner, roast chicken, tray baked veg and potato in chilli oil and steamed veg . We get a lot of veg from the farm and managed 9 different veggies tonight - super colourful and full of flavour . Thankfully there’s enough for tomorrow because it took about a week to wash and chop them !
Apparently this is my 3285th blip. I’d call that a habit and fine one it is too.
