Eight for a wish

I know the magpie lyrics up to seven, but counted eight just beyond the garden and had to look it up.
Last night just before we went to bed hubby pulled the garden room door closed and the handle snapped off, not what you want late at night, and so he had to close it from the outside and walk round to the front door. First job today was to remove the old handle and visit B&Q, by lunch time it was fixed.
I started clearing out my desk and a cupboard, will need to continue tomorrow as I started looking at things I didn’t know I had.
Was delighted at the gym as I did a session on the rowing machine and bike and then I thought I would try to run, and did.
Only five minutes but no pain. Will follow physio advice and build it up slowly, but so pleased with five minutes.
Daughter called in as she is cooking a meal tonight and needed something she knew I had but Asda didn’t.
