Domestic goddess?

I’m feeling very pleased with myself because I’ve been organised enough to get a recipe in the slow cooker. Although I’ve let myself down a tad by sliming my recipe book. Saying that, well loved recipes usually have a few drips on them.

I can’t remember who produced this recipe. I got it from instagram so it may be Neven Maguire. It’s tried and tested and delicious! I like one pot meals as I really dont like washing dishes. I must look out some more slow cooker recipes!
