Sauce

I cooked a quick dinner before working a shift tonight. I worked from 6 p.m. to nearly 1 a.m. It's Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a holiday, but we're ramping up for busier work, so some of us had to come in on the holiday and work late. At least the extra work will net me another day off.

This is simple spaghetti sauce: canned tomato sauce and paste, a tomato I diced, salt, pepper, olive and truffle oil, Italian spices, mushrooms. It was pretty good.
