Watching the bawbees
It was a well frozen up old day; I had some outdoor intentions but instead settled to the new version of my family history as I’d like to get it in proper book form before I pop off.
We did step out before the day was done however - firstly to JL to get a new printer as I’ve finally run out of patience with our one which crumples every second sheet, even after coaxing. If only I’d known how cheap they were! (Yes, they make their money from the exorbitant cost of ink cartridges).
And then to Everyman (their 2 for 1 night) to see Tar. Oh, I loved it. Oh, it’s awfy good. Long mind, and slow in parts, but luckily I must have felt sufficiently engaged not to nod off. Several people walked out it must be noted - first time I’ve seen that in a while - especially at that place as it’s so pricey, right? I mean I’d stay to get my money’s worth even if I hated it.
