Man on the Roof

Well we wouldn’t have had the faintest idea that today would have turned out the way it did.

Martin started gerni-ing (high water pressure cleaning) the pathway in front of our house when neighbour Andrew came round and said let’s gerni the roof!!!!

He’d done his last week and said he’d help us do ours, so I guess today was the day. Thankfully it was overcast all day and did not rain, so turned out to be a perfect weather day to do it.

So here’s Martin on the roof, Jon and Andrew were up there as well. Later in the evening Ben took over from Martin for a bit.

We ended up inviting Andrew and family for dinner. Had a bbq, Jon did all the cooking, I made the salads. It was a very pleasant evening with our neighbours.
