BUSY DAY

Early morning swim…really helps my gammy knee.
Then sneaked into work to do 2 hours admin I undisturbed…. ha! Ha!. Got quite a lot of paperwork done despite the interruptions. Good chat with head teacher and the agency. Seems I’m doing a “great job” and I’m just being hard on myself.

This afternoon I cooked fish pie with a difference …sweet potato and king Edwards on top…chilli, mushrooms and sweetcorn in the pie. We both really enjoyed it…thanks to Rusty Lee on This Morning.
