When your body’s had enough

This has mostly been my view today

The lurgy got me

I was up most of the night with a horrific cough, which in turn spiked my asthma. Poor Si. He must have had the worst night ever.

Me tossing and turning and coughing my lungs up twenty minutes.
Nightmare. Hope I feel better tomorrow
