Light at the End of the Tunnel

We were due to see friends at Baddesley Clinton today but unfortunately they called it off as they are both feeling a little rough with bad coughs.  I think there's a lot going round.  Anyway we decided we'd treat ourselves to lunch at Goodroots. 

Lunch, with coffee, was very nice, I had a Very Veggie Brunch, Ann a Goodroots Hash.  From there we took a walk through College Green to the Cathedral gardens.   The photo is of the steps leading up to the gardens.  By the stairs is a tunnel leading into the building, normally dry but today the flooded river was overflowing into it.
