Silly Saturday ...

... She's a comedi-hen!  Get it?!?

Even though it was cold and windy today we decided to check out more of the Palmer Bikeway that we were on last Saturday.  We parked at a different location and started our walk at about the place we ended last week.  We had the trail to ourselves until our return trip when we finally encountered more walkers. 

Speaking of encounters ... as we got to the place we determined was a good turn around spot we saw some interesting things! Two of which were some goats and these lovely chickens free ranging it!  There were more than just these two ... but I liked these two pictures best.  There was also a rooster which I didn't photograph ... maybe next time. 

And Silly Saturday wouldn't be complete without some chicken jokes now would it?!

1. What's a hen's favorite type of movie? A chick flick.
2. How do baby chickens dance? Chick-to-chick.
3. What do you get when you cross a chicken with an alien? An egg-straterrestrial.
