Wafi mall…

One of my favourite places when I’ve visited before. And these palm fans are beautiful. So too is the stained glass pyramid atrium roof in this mall. We came to brunch and stayed for a pootle. Always lots to see.

Being a fan of all things Egyptian, I went outside to take some photos of the giant statues by the hotel. The amazing stained glass chandelier in The Obolisk Hotel was pretty impressive, and the marble floor tiles in the lobby.

A day of good photo opportunities. And good to be able to make a phone call home. All’s well, and much better than a WhatsApp message.
