The Cemetry

St Dubricius Church (13th c) , Whitchurch, Ross on Wye (Herefordshire UK) is a couple of minutes drive from us, and sits alongside the River Wye, in a beautiful setting.

Luckily the flood water from the river didn't get inside the church but it did cover about half of the cemetry. The duck in the blipfoto making the most of being able to float amongst the graves which brings home the extent of the flooding. Luckily it's stopped raining  today and the water is now receding. Hopefully we won't get anymore rain!

We carried on to Newport to visit friends for three hours this afternoon as they weren't well over Christmas and unable to meet up. Good to have a catch-up!
