Went for a walk this morning , and this little car pulled up , I asked the young lady driver about it as I’ve not seen one before , she told me it’s a British car made in 1958 , and powered by a Villiers 198 cc go cart engine, with only 3 wheels it can be driven with a motorcycle license .
