Vitamin Sea

After a pretty full on first week of 2023, it was a gorgeous sunny day for a day of seaside fun. First off a fab Mental Health Swim group meetup and a real joy to see some newbies discovering the zing of their first dips. Then a lovely day out walking with friends in the Dalmeny Estate. A great day outdoors with good company and sea air.
