Bar Photos

My friend S who has taken up photography this last year wanted to give her husband some photos for the wall near their bar.  We tried before Christmas using the speed light/flash units but then the rapid shutter didn't work.  For Christmas she received two continuous lights, so today we tried again, but......we still need more light I think for a faster shutter speed and lower ISO.  I was using the R as that is the same camera she has.  I know the R5 would have handled the low light better.  We will be doing this again so her husband gets his photos, please pass on any advice you have.  Thank you.
