Flossmo

Bed change

Saturday morning is housework day in the Flossmo household and today was no exception. We started with a change of bedclothes and, as is often the case, we were assisted by Ms Sky. She particularly likes to help get the duvet into its fresh cover; help that isn't always, universally appreciated. Once the bedclothes were in the washing machine Mr Flossmo took a turn with Dyson and I did a wipe around in the kitchen.

Later we drove over to Mr Flossmo's sister's to have our postponed Christmas lunch. It felt a bit odd to be eating turkey and pigs in blankets in January but it was a nice meal and a change to have someone else do the cooking.

As we left Mr Flossmo's sister's there was a cold wind blowing, which, it seems, is going to bring the temperature down with some sleety weather. I'm glad I haven't yet put the thermals away and a fire is laid ready in the grate.
