Once great JUVE

Not sure I’d have been proudly wearing that scarf (on the bus no less), after a 5-1 defeat last night by Napoli, but Mr B lives in hope.

Whereas I’m happy, especially for our Neapolitan friend in London - her parents in Naples will still be celebrating . She and they have sent Mr B a few antagonising messages, haha.

OK my fave Italian team - Fiorentina - is only in 8th position, but that’s pretty decent for them

Rain all morning. Cleared up p.m. Went to Southbourne and bought some lovely fruit and veg, including turnip tops and blood oranges. Then Boscombe for Flat Whites and bread.

Now viewing more Michael Portillo’s Great Continental Railways. Czech Republic, now Russia. Great memories of both places.
