Lowland Leader; Mirfield

The forecast was 100% chance of rain nearly all day. Forecasts can be wrong. I never bothered with a waterproof, but my new Rab Vapourise Guide is quickly becoming a fav.

A lovely bunch being assessed, they're going to have to get something hugely wrong tomorrow not to pass, lovely to see folks who've prepared and practiced, I'd be happy to know any of them were leading a group. 

Different location tomorrow, so now parked up for a night in the van by a reservoir, wow it sounds wild out there, feel sorry for the ultra runners who are passing close by on the Spine (length of the Pennines) race.
