Nothing austere here...

As I sat on the couch reading I suddenly realized I hadn't taken a photo today. Dan said to just take a picture from the couch so I did. Yes, we still have our tree and lights up and we love it :-)
Our tiny place doesn't have much empty wall space. The sleeping area is just beyond that half wall. I'm sitting on the couch which is at the edge of our space. To the right is a bit more living area, the wood stove and table. Then there is a bathroom and a small kitchen and the door to the outside. Small but perfectly adequate. There are a few issues living in a tiny space but one thing makes up for it is the view from up on the second floor. (We are above the garage). Dan installed French doors sideways as our windows to the east and west. We have 3 windows looking south and 3 including the door looking north. This tiny place has lots of light and a great view. In the summer we expand and do a lot of living outside in some of the small buildings Dan has built.
