Left out in the rain

Another pet peeve of mine, people who can't be bothered returning trolleys to the covered areas! I always return mine and always push them in properly to the ones that are already there. I made a comment once to a woman when I was straightening out several and pushing them together, and she said that she's noticed that it's mostly men who are guilty! I have no proof of that, so no comment.  :-))
Extra: when we were coming home from town, we were the first car in line to go up the road where it's being repaired. I got out the camera, but just as I did, the flagger started walking across, so I didn't bother trying to focus, just took a very quick shot through the windshield. Gives an idea of the work being done. In the middle at the left, there's a barrier behind the branch that's sticking out. There's a very steep bank behind the barrier. Not sure if the road will hold if something isn't done to shore up the bank. No sign of that happening...yet.
